NYAB is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the state road network in the Boden area, ensuring year-round accessibility, road safety and functionality. The assignment covers both summer and winter maintenance of a total of 832 kilometres of road within the operational area.
The contract is a multi-year maintenance agreement covering continuous operation and maintenance measures across the state road network. Work is planned and executed on an ongoing basis, based on network requirements and prevailing conditions throughout the year.
Delivery includes winter road maintenance, regular inspections, corrective actions and other measures required to ensure a safe and accessible road network for residents, businesses and transport operations in the region.
The project demonstrates NYAB’s capability to deliver long-term maintenance of extensive road networks in northern Sweden. Through local presence, efficient resource planning and year-round delivery, NYAB contributes to a road network that meets requirements under varying climate and traffic conditions.
