Dovre Solutions is a well-established Nordic partner for complex investment projects. The company supports leading public and private organisations throughout the entire project lifecycle, from strategic advisory to project management and project personnel services across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, special buildings, digitalisation and defence. Dovre Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of NYAB, headquartered in Norway.
With the Nordics as its core market and experience from projects in over 20 countries, the company offers both local insight and an international perspective.
Dovre Solutions strengthens NYAB’s position in the Nordic infrastructure and energy sectors and serves as a platform for continued expansion in Norway and across the Nordics.
Energy infrastructure and planning.
Sitema provides expertise in planning and implementing energy infrastructure projects. The company delivers solutions that enable electrification and renewable energy. Sitema is a wholly owned subsidiary of NYAB, based in Finland.
Since 2018, Sitema has offered planning and consulting services that enhance society’s capacity for energy infrastructure. Services span the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to commissioning.

Infrastructure construction.
Niskasen Maansiirto holds a strong position in earthworks and civil engineering in Finland. The company builds roads, bridges and other critical infrastructure, the foundation of a functioning society. A wholly owned subsidiary of NYAB, it has operated since 1948. With over 75 years of experience, Niskasen Maansiirto is a trusted expert in infrastructure construction and a reliable partner for major projects across Finland. Services include earthworks and piling and excavation support and municipal engineering
The company maintains a modern fleet of machinery and is frequently first to test new equipment during pilot phases.
Niskasen Maansiirto is a key part of NYAB’s Civil Engineering segment, providing specialist expertise that strengthens the group’s infrastructure offering in the Nordics.
Renewable energy.
Skarta Energy, based in Finland, is a driving force in renewable energy. The company develops and builds solar and wind farms and other sustainable energy projects aimed at reducing carbon emissions and strengthening energy security in the Nordics. Skarta Energy is an associated company within NYAB Group, operated as a joint venture with the Nordic investment fund CapMan Nordic Infrastructure II.
Key initiatives include developing one of Finland’s largest solar power projects in Utajärvi, where NYAB acts as contractor. The solar park is central to Skarta Energy’s goal of building 800 MW of solar capacity by the end of 2028.
Skarta Energy is a vital part of NYAB’s renewable energy strategy, contributing expertise in development, design and production of sustainable energy solutions.
