NYAB has grown from a local contractor in northern Sweden into a Nordic partner within infrastructure, energy and industry. Through new capabilities, new markets and strong customer relationships, we have expanded our presence while staying true to our entrepreneurial roots.
Today, more than 1,000 specialists work across Sweden, Finland and Norway. Together, they combine local knowledge with experience from some of the Nordic region’s most demanding projects.

Engineering, construction and consulting in one group.
Through our two business segments – Civil Engineering and Consulting – we provide technical expertise, design and engineering services, project management, and execution in complex and socially important projects. The segments cover the entire value chain from analysis, design, and engineering to implementation, operation, and maintenance.
NYAB has a strong position in the sectors driving the Nordic energy and industrial transition. The Group’s main markets are Sweden, Finland, and Norway. With a strong local presence, a capital-efficient business model, and long-term customer relationships, NYAB delivers stable and profitable growth.
NYAB has grown significantly in recent years and took its current form in spring 2022 through the merger of Finnish Skarta and Swedish NYAB Group. The company’s share has been listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm since 2024. On 2 January 2025, the company further expanded its consulting operations and established a presence in Norway through the acquisition of Dovre Solutions.
