NYAB delivers the planning and execution of infrastructure works for the Municipality of Luleå under a long-term framework agreement. The partnership is designed to support the efficient development and management of the municipality’s infrastructure through close collaboration between client and contractor.
The assignment covers a range of civil engineering and infrastructure works commissioned under the framework agreement across the Municipality of Luleå. The works are carried out year-round and are adapted to the municipality’s needs and priorities throughout the contract period.
Through the collaborative model Kraftsamla, NYAB and the Municipality of Luleå work together towards shared objectives through open dialogue and continuous planning. The model is based on early involvement, transparency and close cooperation to create efficient working processes and strong control throughout delivery.
The framework agreement provides continuity in planning and production while allowing resources and expertise to be adapted to the scope and requirements of each individual assignment. This approach creates flexibility in delivery and enables efficient management of both planned and ongoing needs across the municipality’s infrastructure network. Over the years, works have included streets, pedestrian and cycle paths, parks, development areas, fencing and other groundworks.
The project demonstrates NYAB’s ability to deliver long-term infrastructure assignments in close collaboration with the client. Through Kraftsamla, shared planning, structured project management and local presence are combined to ensure efficient delivery over time.
