The history of NYAB Marine.
NYAB Marine is part of the NYAB Group and builds on more than four decades of marine expertise. A significant part of its heritage originates from Dyk och Anläggning i Stockholm AB, founded in 1985, which together with NYAB’s own expertise forms the foundation of today’s offering.

How we work in marine projects.
Marine projects are often delivered in environments where operations cannot simply be paused. Södertälje Canal.
As part of the modernisation of Södertälje Canal, NYAB Marine is responsible for some of the project’s most technically and logistically demanding marine works. The canal is one of Sweden’s busiest waterways and is being upgraded while maritime traffic remains in operation.
The project includes dredging, rock excavation and advanced underwater works with extremely tight tolerances. The work is carried out using NYAB Marine’s own fleet and integrated diving expertise under demanding requirements for safety, precision and environmental management.

With backgrounds as commercial divers, project managers and site managers, the team has led and delivered technically demanding projects in marine environments for decades.
Their combined experience ranges from deep-water dredging and quay construction to complex underwater works, subsea cables and critical infrastructure.
